Boarding location & time
If you have questions about the location and time of boarding, consult our Company and follow our tips faithfully. In any case e.g. change of flight data and arrival time, will change the contact details we give in the confirmation of your reservation you must inform us immediately to avoid errors If you do not contact us, we will not be responsible if we leave the designated meeting point (If you do not contact us , we did not make a refund via PayPal.)
Make a reservation for your taxi 24 hours in advance
Your reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the time of receipt. To confirm your online booking, we will contact you within 24 hours at the latest (or by email or phone to confirm your booking). If you do not receive an email with your submission

Cancellation / change policy

Payment and currency
The cost of our services are charged in Euros.
The Company has 3 different payment methods for your convenience:
1. Payment by Visa or MasterCard credit card. Discounting the entire amount we agreed taking into account the taxes and commissions of the Bank.
2. Pay by cash or POS (by arrangement) directly to the driver. Repayment of the entire amount we have predetermined cash depending on the services we will provide upon completion and the end of the service we have undertaken to provide.

If a person with a health problem or nausea is about to be transferred, please refer to the “Notes” on the booking form, in order to ensure the best service.
If there are children at an early age to be transported in a child seat, indicate the number and age on the booking form to ensure that the car has the necessary child seat. Child seats are free of charge
The Company ensures the confidentiality of information related to customer transactions and in no case does it share your personal data with third parties. All the information we collect from our business relationship with each other is used only to improve our services to you.
Accident, injury or illness
The vehicle provides accident insurance only when caused by us. Our company can suggest a possible tour / visit place suitable for everyone but not responsible for the final, of your choice
